徐純中，旅美画家。 1947年生於上海，浙江鎮海人。美國洛杉磯加州大學教授，美国宝尔博物馆顾问。原復旦大學和上海大学教授 , 上海炎黄画院院长。中央美術學院碩士，日本東京藝術大學博士。專業：繪畫, 世界藝術史，文物學，比較文化學。多次舉辦中外個展，並獲美國，日本。歐洲多種大獎。发表著作論文多種：“古希臘羅馬美學”，“佛教美术史” 等。

Paul Xu born in Shanghai 1947, China. Paul Xu is Professor in UCLA .Consultantin Bower Museum & President of Shanghai YanHuang Art Institute. Paul earnedPhD in the Tokyo Art University, Japan and earned M.A in the Central Academy of Fine Art, Beijing. Paul’s Major is World Art History, Study of antique, and Painting. He set personal Art shows many times in China, Japan & America, etc.Paul Xu also earned a lot of international awards.He published books:” Aestheticof Ancient Greek & Roma”, “Aesthetic”, and etc.
